What is a good night and morning workout routine?

Now I was just thinking to help speed up my weight what are some exercises to do in the morning and at night before I go to bed can anyone give me any ideas. Also could it be under 10mins and include things like press ups.

10 minutes is hardly sufficient to burn calories. I read in a diet/exercise book that it takes 20 minutes of constant aerobics to get your body to start burning calories. However, don't stop doing those 10 minute exercises after you get up in the morning and before you go to sleep. 10 minute exercise that may be beneficial could be weight lifting, chinups, pushups, stretching out, etc. You do not have to lift heavy weights, dumbells will be fine. Those hand grips (springs) are good, too.



Aerobic type exercises include: Walking, running, jogging, biking, swimming, etc.
